Ben is the Manager of Expert Class Travel and has over 20 years of experience in the travel industry.

Ben is also a certified CLIA (Cruise Lines Industry Association) Ambassador, meaning he has very extensive cruise line knowledge and experience through travel and training, meaning he is also the most qualified cruise consultant in the Latrobe Valley.

Ben is also a member of the Australian Travel Industry Association (formerly known as Australian Federation of Travel Agents AFTA)
