Our Refund Policy

Each segment of a booking may have its own refund policy, we will advise of this at the time of booking before any deposit is paid.

Generally airfares are non refundable, however this depends on the booking class and airline.

Cruise lines have staggered cancellation policies and in general cancellation fees will apply from about 120 days prior to sailing, and normally 75 days before sailing, the cruise becomes non refundable.

Accommodation, Rail, Car and other providers refunds vary greatly, and each providers policy will be explained at the time of booking.

Process of a Refund:

YOU NEED TO ADVISE US YOUR WISH TO CANCEL A BOOKING IN WRITING

We will acknowledge your request in writing, and tell you how much the expected refund will be minus any fees imposed.

Once refunds are received from all suppliers, may deduct a service fee of up to 12% from the total amount and deposit the remaining balance back into your account or credit card, depending on your method of payment.

Please be aware that it can take some providers up to 26 weeks to issue a refund, and we will not issue any refund until all suppliers refunds have been received.

We recommend you take out travel insurance with enough cancellation cover, to cover any unexpected circumstances. If you have purchased a policy through us, we will give you a claim form to submit to the insurer.
