Process of a Refund:
YOU NEED TO ADVISE US YOUR WISH TO CANCEL A BOOKING IN WRITING
We will acknowledge your request in writing, and tell you how much the expected refund will be minus any fees imposed.
Once refunds are received from all suppliers, may deduct a service fee of up to 12% from the total amount and deposit the remaining balance back into your account or credit card, depending on your method of payment.
Please be aware that it can take some providers up to 20 weeks to issue a refund, and we will not issue any refund until all suppliers refunds have been received.
We recommend you take out travel insurance with enough cancellation cover, to cover any unexpected circumstances. If you have purchased a policy through us, we will give you a claim form to submit to the insurer.
